Gwynne
Gwynne has worked nearly every job a salon has to offer; beginning her career at Pendlebury in 2010 as a receptionist, then apprentice, full time stylist, and — after buying Pendlebury from her mentor — a salon owner. With two small children and a small business to run with her husband Ben, she still enjoys being outdoors, going to music festivals, and taking the time to travel with her family. During many travels she has gained vast knowledge from some of the most talented artists in the industry that she can bring back to her employees and keep Heritage cutting edge. Gwynne has an eye for aesthetics and a real ability to hear what each of her client’s needs — and she cannot wait to see you in the salon!
Courtney
With an eye for blond color and a love for everything curly, Courtney collaborates with each of her clients to create a look that makes them feel beautiful and expresses their individuality. Growing up in Spencer, IN she started cutting and coloring hair at a young age — even doing highlights on her friends when she was a teen. And after having her two children, she decided to move to Ellettsville and pursue her degree in Bloomington. Once graduated, she sought an internship at Heritage, and now that she’s behind the chair she loves it. Courtney aspires to travel the world one day, but for now, has settled with her husband and two children into the community of Ellettsville — looking forward to furthering her career in the diverse city of Bloomington.
Tiffany
Sometimes called the Color Nerd, Tiffany’s area of expertise is everything color. From color theory, application techniques, to color correction — Tiffany can do it all! And with a focus on education, she strives to give her clients the knowledge they need to recreate the looks they want at home for that extra bit of confidence. Tiffany loves travelling with her wife and daughter to new and exciting destinations and she also loves her dog Judy Noodle. Her career began in Austin, Texas where she completed an apprenticeship at an Aveda salon and worked for three and a half years. But she found her way to Bloomington and has loved the intimate studio space of Heritage ever since.
Sarah
Our resident English lass, Sarah, is not only licensed in Indiana she is also licensed in the UK! Our dual citizen is a whiz with a clipper, enjoys precision haircuts, great with color transformation, makes beautiful blondes and can bang out a textured hair blowout. She is fully devoted to her 3 wonderful children and when not with them enjoys a social evening out in the small town she lives in, Bloomfield. She misses the UK but loves being at Heritage and after 12 years in the industry still loves continuing to grow her craft as a stylist. She is also head chair of our community out reach, don’t forget to ask her what we are working on in the salon!
